Technical Sales Manager

Are you passionate about renewables and ready to use your technical knowledge to help grow something bigger?

At Corys Electrical, we are building our capability in the renewables space and are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join the team.

This is a hands-on technical and commercial role for someone who understands solar and renewable energy solutions and enjoys working with customers to turn technical requirements into practical outcomes. You may come from solar installation, technical sales, electrical contracting or electrical wholesale and be ready to take your experience into a broader national role.

 

What you will be doing

Working alongside our Channel Managers and sales teams, you will provide specialist technical support across solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and emerging renewable energy solutions.

 

You will work directly with customers, contractors, branches and suppliers to develop opportunities, support technical solutions and help convert projects into successful commercial outcomes.

As Corys’ renewables capability grows, you will also play an important part in developing our ability to support larger commercial, industrial and utility-scale opportunities. Along the way, you will help build renewables knowledge across our network through practical guidance, training and sharing your technical expertise.

 

What you will bring

You will have strong practical knowledge of solar PV or renewable energy and the ability to communicate technical information in a way that customers and sales teams can easily understand.

 

You will be commercially minded, comfortable engaging with customers and naturally interested in finding solutions and developing opportunities.

Experience in electrical wholesale would be a real advantage, as would exposure to battery storage, EV charging, commercial solar or larger renewable projects. Electrical or renewables qualifications are valuable, but equally important is practical industry experience and the drive to continue developing your knowledge as the market grows.

Most importantly, you will enjoy working collaboratively, building relationships and being part of a business that is investing in its future renewables capability.
