What you’ll be doing:
- Learning how to engage with customers and understand their needs
- Supporting the sales process and helping deliver the right solutions
- Building confidence in representing a trusted and well-known brand
- Developing your sales and communication skills on the job
- Working alongside experienced team members to grow your capability
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivation to build a career in sales
- A proactive, can-do approach to problem solving
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a bonus (but not essential)
- Interest in the electrical or trade industry is helpful, but we’ll teach you what you need to know
