Regional Manager - Upper North Island

Corys Electrical is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead sales, operations, and customer delivery across the Upper North Island. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, owning regional P&L, and building a customer-centric, high-growth culture across multiple branches.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and grow regional sales, profitability, and market share
• Deliver operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across branches
• Strengthen customer relationships and oversee key account strategies
• Lead contracts and support major bids
• Drive working capital performance, cost optimisation, and inventory discipline
• Coach and develop Branch Managers, BDMs, and sales teams
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

What you bring

• Proven leadership of multi-site sales & operations
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
• Ability to inspire teams and drive change
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and customer-relationship skills
• Industry experience
•  ideal but not essential
• Full, clean driver’s licence
