Regional Manager - Upper North Island
Corys Electrical is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead sales, operations, and customer delivery across the Upper North Island. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, owning regional P&L, and building a customer-centric, high-growth culture across multiple branches.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and grow regional sales, profitability, and market share
- Deliver operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across branches
- Strengthen customer relationships and oversee key account strategies
- Lead contracts and support major bids
- Drive working capital performance, cost optimisation, and inventory discipline
- Coach and develop Branch Managers, BDMs, and sales teams
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
What you bring
- Proven leadership of multi-site sales & operations
- Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
- Ability to inspire teams and drive change
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and customer-relationship skills
- Industry experience
- ideal but not essential
- Full, clean driver’s licence
