Regional Inventory Support - South Island

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Inventory Support professional to support our South Island branches in achieving inventory excellence, operational efficiency, and improved stock performance.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with Branch Managers, Inventory Control Officers (ICOs), Support Teams, and suppliers to ensure inventory processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager – South Island, you will play a key role in supporting inventory management across the region. You'll provide training, monitor stock health, coordinate stocktakes, investigate discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve stock availability, buying efficiencies, and branch performance.

About you

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of inventory processes and stock management principles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative abilities.
