Pricing & Market Insights Manager
Location: Any one of Corys branches
Ready to own national pricing strategy in a high-impact role? At Corys Electrical, you’ll lead how we price, compete, and grow—turning data into smarter decisions and stronger margins.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead pricing strategy, governance, and market insights across the business. You’ll build the frameworks, tools, and discipline that improve price realisation and commercial performance—while leading a team of pricing and analytics specialists.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and execute national pricing strategy and frameworks
- Lead pricing governance, policies, and review forums
- Deliver competitor insights and market intelligence
- Drive pricing analytics (margin, discounting, price realisation)
- Partner with sales and branch leaders to lift pricing performance
- Improve pricing processes, systems, and data integrity
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in pricing, commercial, or sales operations (B2B/wholesale ideal)
- Strong commercial acumen and margin focus
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel + BI/ERP tools)
- Ability to turn data into action and influence stakeholders
- Proven leadership and capability-building experience
