We’re looking for a commercially driven Portfolio Manager to lead national channel performance and drive growth across a portfolio that includes renewables, infrastructure, and emerging energy solutions.
This is a high-impact, influence-led leadership role, where you’ll translate strategy into execution across our national branch network.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and enabling Channel Managers to deliver consistent national performance
- Own national channel plans and execution rhythms
- Drive renewable project growth and major bid support
- Build a structured national training programme
- Maintain solution standards and compliance consistency
You’ll partner across the Corys network and key suppliers to turn strategy into measurable commercial outcomes, improving sales growth, margin and project conversion nationally.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in channel, category or commercial leadership within electrical or similar industries
- Strong renewables and project-based selling expertise
- Strong commercial acumen and data-led decision making to drive decisions
- Proven ability to influence nationally and execute with discipline
- Experience leading, coaching, and enabling others to deliver results
