Distribution & Logistics Manager - Auckland

Are you an experienced distribution and logistics leader who enjoys keeping operations moving, solving problems and finding better ways to work?

We’re looking for a Distribution & Logistics Manager to join our Auckland Support Office and take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of distribution, logistics and planning activities across the Corys network.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for third-party logistics, freight, transport and distribution performance, while leading a small team supporting supply, demand and product availability across the business.

What you will be doing

You’ll lead the day-to-day distribution and logistics operation, working closely with our 3PL, freight partners, suppliers, branches and internal teams to keep product moving efficiently across the network.

You’ll also lead our supply and demand planning team, oversee operational performance and service levels, and use data and insight to identify issues, improve processes and deliver better outcomes for the business and our customers.

What you will bring

You’ll bring solid experience across distribution, logistics or supply chain, along with proven leadership capability and confidence managing external service providers and multiple stakeholders.

You’ll be commercially minded, practical and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of planning, inventory and distribution. Experience in a wholesale, distribution or multi-site environment would be an advantage.
