Customer Service & Sales - Penrose

Are you passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced, varied role? Corys Electrical is looking for a dynamic Customer Service and Sales professional to be the friendly face of our Penrose branch!

What You’ll Do:
Step into a hands-on role where every day is different. You’ll be the go-to person assisting customers at the counter, unpacking and receipting deliveries, picking and packing orders, and ensuring timely dispatch. You’ll also load delivery vehicles and play a vital part in stocktakes and inventory management.

But most importantly, you’ll connect with our customers — welcoming them warmly, understanding their needs, your knowledge and care will help keep them safe and well-equipped on the job!

What We’re Looking For:

• A customer service dynamo with a genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and adapt your approach for different customers
• Physically fit and ready to be hands-on throughout the day
• Full driver’s license (F-endorsement helpful but not essential—we’ll train you!)
• Hungry to learn and grow in a supportive environment
