Customer Service & Sales - New Plymouth
This multifaceted counter-based role supports branch operations from assisting customers at the counter, unpacking and receipting goods in, to picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders, loading the delivery vehicle and ensuring our customers get their orders and quality service delivered on time every time.
They participate in everything from inwards/outwards goods and stocktakes, to helping customers find the products they need and processing sales. How? By welcoming them to the branch, listening to their needs, and providing them with sound advice every time.
This includes offering expert advice and sales support on our range of safety products, such as safety boots, wet weather gear, safety glasses, earmuffs, and more ensuring our customers are fully equipped to get the job done safely and efficiently.

This role can be physically demanding, so a decent level of physical fitness is required. You will also need your full driver license. Having your F-endorsement is beneficial but not required as we can get you trained in this area!
