At Corys Electrical, we’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Channel Manager to help grow and deliver performance across a key product portfolio, with an initial focus on areas such as safety, lighting and switchgear, with opportunities to broaden your portfolio as the business evolves.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a national role, build their capability, and make a real impact across our 36-branch network.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute national channel strategy
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and supporting commercial outcomes
  • Work closely with branch’s BDMs and sales reps to drive sales and margin performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion
  • Support major tenders and project opportunities
  • Train and enable Branch and Sales teams
  • Helping improve consistency and execution across the network

You’re someone who is motivated, curious and ready to step up.

You might already have experience in electrical, trade, or distribution, and you’re looking to grow into a broader commercial role.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in channel, category, or portfolio leadership
  • Strong commercial acumen  
  • Ability to influence at all levels and lead through others
  • Strength in supplier engagement and strategic negotiation
  • Experience working with digital platforms and systems
