Branch Supervisor - Queenstown

We're looking for a Branch Supervisor to join our Queenstown Branch. This is an exciting opportunity to lead daily branch operations while enjoying everything the Queenstown region has to offer.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. You'll support your team, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive operational performance while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
• Creating and maintaining a positive, safety-first culture.
• Managing counter operations and customer enquiries.
• Overseeing inventory, inwards and outwards goods, and stock accuracy.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the electrical sectors.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver outstanding service.

About You

You'll bring experience from within the electrical industry and enjoy balancing leadership with hands-on involvement in the branch.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in electrical wholesaling, or a related industry.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• A customer-first approach and a passion for building lasting relationships.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to perform well in a busy environment.
