Branch Supervisor - ESI Frankton

What does the Branch Supervisor do?

Our Branch Supervisors help steer the ship! They oversee the daily operations of the branch ensuring the Operations Manager-ESI is kept in the loop. They participate in everything from customer order processing, people and safety leadership, order management and inwards/outwards goods.

Your prior experience in customer service/sales along with your keen hunger to learn will see you stand out, but it is your ability to work efficiently, accurately, and as part of a team that will see you succeed in this role. You are someone who leads from the front and can adjust your working style to get the job done. Adapting your approach for different customers comes easily ensuring you consistently put your best foot forward when representing the business.

Experience in a trade environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential.
