Branch Manager - Hastings

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver exceptional service every day
• Drive sales growth by building strong, long-term customer partnerships
• Manage performance — from budgets and stock to profitability and KPIs
• Collaborate with suppliers and other Corys branches to optimise results
• Champion a safe, positive, and high-performing culture

What you’ll bring:

We’re after a confident, people-focused leader who’s ready to step up and take charge. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Proven leadership experience — you know how to build and inspire great teams
• Strong business and financial acumen
• A proactive, customer-first mindset
• Electrical wholesale or trade industry experience (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
• A qualification in business or management (nice to have)
